What is the age eligibility for your trips?
Participants must be 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified for specific family-friendly retreats. All participants must be physically and mentally fit to undertake the activities involved.
How do I confirm my booking?
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the specified advance or full payment. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the transaction is verified.
What is your refund policy for no-shows?
No refunds shall be provided for no-shows, early departures from the trip, or missed activities. Eligible refunds for cancellations made within the deadline are processed within 7–14 working days.
Is transportation included in the package?
Yes, transportation from the designated starting point is included (typically Volvo buses or travelers). We are not responsible for external delays caused by traffic or weather conditions.
Do you provide insurance?
Travel or medical insurance is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the specific expedition package. We strongly advise participants to arrange their own comprehensive insurance coverage.
Can I bring alcohol on the trip?
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and must be responsible. Any misconduct or behavior risking the safety of the group may result in removal from the trip.
